Plus 1 Digital, a digital solutions agency with clients including Etihad Airways, The Imaginarium Studios, and RainFin (Innovation by Barclays), has acquired AKH Communications, the London based PR agency, which has worked with Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival.

The new agency - Plus 1 Communications - will offer both PR and digital marketing solutions, with Karen Lane, Managing Director of Plus 1 Digital becoming Group Managing Director of Plus 1 Communications (based in London), and Anna Hope, founder of AKH Communications becoming Managing Director of Plus 1 Communications in Dubai, and also overseeing the PR division in London.
